    I am not having any luck getting a response as to why I have already been charged for my purchase and have not received it.  Cannot seem to get anyone from this company to respond to this problem!!

    I purchased a slide belt through Amazon on Feb 11 2017 Mocha Brown & brass buckle. Love the belt however is back of the belt broke & I want to get it replaced.

    The pins that hold the buckle together have come out.  What needs to be do to replace these pins so they are coming out.

    Thank you, I just received a buckle to replace the one that didn’t close properly.  I was hoping that the replacement was for 1 1/4 inch black matte buckle that I bought in addition to the one was replaced.  The order may have been under my wife’s name, Kristine Sasaki.  I’m having the same problem, that it doesn’t close properly.  Thank you for your attention.

    This is my 2nd inquiry.  I have purchased three belts over the years.  Two, one black and one brown @ different times have had an inside flange rip out so that I could not slide it off (screw driver on buckle to remove not pleasant.

    The black strap was replaced,  Now I need a replacement for the brown one.

    I am ticket number 163871; I ordered a belt yesterday and miss the discount code at the end of the code. I put CE6 or EC6 . I was incorrect but I wrote u saying I wanted the discount after u responded to me saying My belt would not be engraved

          I responded saying I want my belt engraved and would pay for it but I wanted the 10% discount. Can u do what I am asking u to do . Thank you Thomas Hroncich

    Michelle, Thanks for all your help. Your belt and buckle Just materialized in my mailbox compliments of USPS. I’ll remember to use a more reliable shipping service in the future.


    I would hope that you can recover the replacement prior to shipping…

    This is the  second buckle that has broken on me, It is the bar that holds the buckle together, the little head at one end eventually breaks off. I WOULD LIKE TO GET ANOTHER BUCKLE PLEASE
