What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A partial refund may be granted if any item not in its original condition, item(s) are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.

You may use the same packaging it arrived in, or you may use any other box or padded envelope. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if we have made a mistake on your order, then of course we cover all shipping costs to you. We will refund you as soon as we receive your belt, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
